They have some awesome clothing, lots of wellness products, teas, coffee, incense, jewelry, they even have a meditation room (no charge), an awesome gym attached (Flip Yours Fitness & Wellness) and the best yet is Cari who is such a wealth of knowledge, not only is she a personal trainer but she has a host of knowledge surrounding the body and mind!
